Access control
Every private record is protected by server-side rules. Organisations in Clinical are isolated from each other in the database.
Audit
Consent history and audit events are append-only. Sensitive access is logged without storing image links.
Governance
Models, evidence and prompts are versioned. Clinical release needs technical, medical and regulatory approval. Automated agents cannot release models.
